RETURNS & EXCHANGES

BONBOY is happy to accept returns on full-priced purchases within 14 days for any unsuitable items, provided they have been issued a return authorisation number (RA), were purchased at full-price, are unused with the original tags still attached and are in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Please also include a returns form in the returning package with your goods.

In order to obtain an RA number, please send an email to hello@bonboy.co within 7 days of receiving your order, with “Return Request – [order number]” as the subject line of your email. Please specify in your email your reason for return, and whether you would like to receive a refund or exchange. If requesting an exchange, please specify what item you would like to exchange your item(s) for so that we can confirm stock availability and reserve the item for you. Once an RA number has been received, please send back your parcel within the next 7 days in order for your return to be accepted under the return guidelines.

When packing your return, please fill out and include a returns form inside your package, which can be found here. Please fill in the return form using the code that best explains the reason for your return, as well as exchange details.

Please note that sale/reduced items and items sold with the intention of charity donations are not valid for return or exchange. Bonboy is unable to accept returns on behalf of our stockists.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

If you have requested a refund, this will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. The refund amount will be matched to that which was paid for the items themselves (less shipping). Your balance will be refunded within 14 days of the item’s return. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If exchanging, your new item will be sent out once your original purchase return has been received by us.

Once our team have processed your return you will receive an email confirmation and can expect your exchange to be dispatched within 7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you are shipping to.

International customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties, GST or VAT that are specific to their country. If your parcel is not collected by you and instead sent back to us, we will refund the value of the goods only and not the shipping cost. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable if you choose to return/exchange your order for any reason.
