After a personal longing to get our hands (and paws) on glamorous yet affordable petwear lead to a gruelling search that yielded a disappointing set of results, BONBOY was born.
The name BONBOY was inspired by our future customers – and we are excited to finally see lots of bon (which translates to ‘good’ in French) boys and girls donning our elevated accessories for pets.
As every collar style we create is made in a one-off limited edition production run, we are able to design a product that is ever-evolving and highly exclusive to our customers. You will never find a new release of the same style and leather combo twice. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. So when we say “first in, best dressed,” we mean it – literally.

At BONBOY, we are dreamers. We believe in Pet Utopia, a whimsical dreamland where chocolate’s not poison and canine is king. Cruella de Vil? Never heard of her! It’s like the Soho House of the dog world, where all the ‘It’ girls and boys go to dig up long-stem roses and do zoomies around hundred-year-old Willow Trees. Marie Antoinette hosted an enchanted garden party here once - only Pugs were invited. It’s the ultimate ‘Hotel for Dogs’ where room service is served daily from under a silver cloche and their Egyptian cotton bedsheets are turned down nightly with a pigs ear left on their pillow (ok, sometimes two!). Queen Elizabeth’s Corgis come for a fortnight every Spring just to “get away”. The grounds are vast with birds to hunt, lizards to chase and the tallest gates to guard. No one’s ever heard the phrase ‘fighting like cats and dogs,’ and they only show their teeth when someone says “say cheese!”. If Gatsby threw a party for his dog, he’d plan it here; and every dog would leave with party favours.
BONBOY believes in Pet Utopia. But if all that opulence doesn’t actually exist in Lassie’s real life, then we think she should wear it on her neck instead.
